Narrow neck teats

My daughter is very, very picky about her bottles. She won't take anything out of plastic, has to be glass, and she's still using the neonatal teats that she got as a prem at 10 months old. I'm desperate to find some more narrow neck teats more suitable for her age/size (15lbs) as she just crushes these ones now and it's very hard for her to drink from. Can anyone recommend anywhere (UK based) where I can find some narrow neck teats, ideally in a flat shape (she's been using NUK) rather than the pointy fake nipple shape as she hates those. I've seen a few MAM ones which are a good shape but only in wide neck. Please help me!
