Nasal Congestion

I’ve had a congested nose since I caught DHs cold over Christmas ! Any ideas on what I can use?!

Feel like my sinuses are pressurised , every morning I wake up and have to blow my nose to find blood not a lot but noticeable! Having trouble this pregnancy with my nose and ears ! Not fun , really hope it resolves itself after baby is born !

I have the same problem and it's really annoying not to be able to breathe properly. I use a sodium iodide spray, it's just salt water but helps a little bit for the moment. Hope someone else comes in here with a some more advice!

Thanks Tove ! It’s reassuring knowing I am not the only one with this issue !! Very annoying I agree !

I’ve been using this Vicks nasal stick . One you just sniff it’s useless haha !
