I got diagnosed with ibs 3 years ago and so these could be associated to that?? any way I suffer on off with nausea and have done for a long time most of the time I put it down to my severe anxiety and stress etc but recently espeicially last few days I haven't been able to sleep as I feel im gonna throw up my stomach is sore kinda empty achey feeling I guess a bit like after you have had a sick bug the feelings constant even when im not thinking about it its there.... I feel hungry but after I eat I feel worse I cant stop burping anyone experienced similar or have any healing medicine suggestions??

I've suffered through tummy issues most of my adult life- it wasn't till I saw a naturopathic doc that I finally got the help I needed (after seeing doctor after doctor and they couldn't find anything "medically wrong")-- but with me, it was mostly diet related. Once I figured out my trigger foods- it's rare my tummy get's upset. Compared to being upset almost daily.

Obviously your IBS could be the underlying cause. I don't have that, just a sensitive tummy- so if my body is "off balance" it affects how I feel for sure.

I would maybe try more bland foods for a while- keep a food diary (in case) and see how what you eat affects how you feel. You could try eliminating certain foods one by one and see if anything helps-- like if you feel worse after dairy, or wheat, or sugar etc... then cut that out for 3mos and then slowly re-introduce it so your body re-adjusts.

Sorry no better insight- but if your body isn't balanced or your mind is getting the better of you, that can certainly affects how you feel (when my anxiety kicks up I feel like there's a pit in my tummy!). You might check with a naturopathic doc if you can- or research clean eating, or other options to try and see. :hugs:
