Hello!
A little backstory... I had twins 15 months ago. I didn't gain too much while I was pregnant with them but they were born prematurely, so after their birth, all I was focused on was them, I didn't care about myself at all. Couple that with spending all of my time at the hospital and eating takeaways late at night when I got home, my weight ballooned.
In May I weighed myself and I was shocked to see the scales read 12 stone 2lb!
I put it to the back if my mind for a while... Stupid I know.
Then on the boys birthday, my sister took a photo of me. And I seriously didn't recognise that person. I looked huge.
So I decided to do something about it, I rejoined my fitness pal and stuck to 1200 calories a day.
I did really well up until Christmas when I fell of the wagon.
Now I'm finding it difficult to get back in control.
I'm so annoyed with myself as I was doing so well.
I now weigh 10stone 11. Which I'm still really not happy with. I still look the same when I look in the mirror.
So I need to get back on it, big time!
The lbs are already creeping back on. I'd gained 3lb when I weighed myself last Friday. However, AF has decided to show up today so I'm putting abit of that down to water weight as I was unbelievably bloated before it came. (And still am).
Sooo, anyone wanna help me along? I want to get back down to 9 stone.
