I really love the name Niamh for a girl, and it goes well with our surname (O'Reilly) but i am stuck for a middle name! any ideas? x

what about lilly? rose? leigh? louise? what type of thing you looking for unusal? common? classy? any letter you have in mind?

definitely something unusual but im just so lost for ideas!! I like the idea of using the name Veronica (that was my mums name, she passed away almost 6 years ago when i was 16) but im not sure it goes, as obviously Niamh ends in a "V" sound and veronica starts with a V. it would be a bit of a mouthful...

i think it would be a lovely idea and no more of a mouthful than my sons name lol

he is called James Samuel Jonathan Leo :D i love middle names cause i don;t have one always wanted to make sure my child had the choice of names lol...

What about Niamh Roni or Niamh Rana, both are variants of Veronica

oooh i LOVE Niamh Rana :) and it goes beautifully with O'Reilly too! Now just to persuade DH :laugh2: and of course, to find a boys name too! Thanks for your help girls :) xxx

I love Niamh Rana too even more so as it means something to you, good luck with persuading your dh.

:) thanks :) he should be fairly easy to bring around to the idea. He isnt too fond of choosing a name for definite before the baby arrives (which i am on board with, because you dont know if it will suit them or not) but if i mention it now then he'll have a chance to think about it, lol.
