Need advice from fellow clomidites x

Im on round 1 clomid taken cd 2-6 50mg. Am now on cd8 and am getting major ov symptoms. I usually ov between cd19-21 - is it possible that the clomid will make me ov earlier? I'm doing my bbt and the last 2 days my temp has been high too. All advice welcome as I'm new to this. Obviously I'm also worried about hyperstimulation too.

Are you having day 21 bloods done or any scans?

I didn't temp as mine were all over the place and plus I often forgot, but I used opk's. I ovulated around day 16/17 on my first round of chlomid. Although at first, I thought it was hapening around day 9/10. I had ewcm, but then it stopped. Started again day 14 and I knew that it was for real that time. I used opk's to confirm both times.

No - no bloods no scans. Dr just gave me 5 cycles worth of clomid and said "see how u get on". I think that's why I'm nervous

what was your reason for going on it if you don't mind me asking?

clomid does make your whole cycle a bit hotter. I know that my temps only levelled out around CD10 onwards, you will probably O a few days earlier but probably not before 5 days after your last pill. Head over to the clomid club thread I'm sure everyone there will help you out too.

A1b2c3 - have been put on clomid as have been ttc for over 2 years - I don't qualify for ivf as dh already has children from previous relationships.

Trying hard - yehhhh! Lots of baby dust to u xxx

Have you had any tests done?

If your concerned about over stimulation, you should speak to your go. Just explain how you feel. X

clomid and letrozole always brought my ov forward too - the month that i conceived (on letrozole) i ov'd on cd10 with two follicles. i never had more than two follicles (on my monitored cycles at least !) and i ov'd on my own previously so i wouldn't worry too much about hyperstimulation xx
