*****Need Advice on Vitamins... side effects or allergic reaction?

Need you advice ladies...

Been taking Centrum Pregnancy care for 2 weeks...

Since taking them ive had a very light bleed (AF but very light)

Breast pain and itching, using the toilet a lot more! (both numbers)...

I know some people can have side affects but today ive been more concerned...

Urination has died off today... but my back pain is intense at times... also my diaphram is feeling quite tight on and off.

Would really like some advice or experience before i make a tool of myself at the GP's!!!

My vitamins make me sick and nauseated. My doc told me that a multivitamin isn't necessary for prenatal as long as I take folic acid. He told me folic acid is the only known vitamin that can benefit the baby........Maybe you should just try folic acid......or try a different brand of prenatal vitamins. Good luck
