Need advice pls- back pain

I'm having HORRIBLE back pain since yesterday! I called my doctor before the office closed yesterday and they told me it's nothing unless I'm having contractions 5 minutes apart.

I'm not having any contractions but my back is hurting SO bad that I can't sleep, I can't even sit on the couch for more than 10 minutes. I walk and it hurts.

I don't want to go to the hospital because if they hook me up and see that I'm not having contractions they will probably just think I'm stupid and send me home.

What in the world should I do??

im not too sure as i havnt really suffered with bad back during this pregnancy but maybe try a hot water bottle or put extra cushions wherever your sitting for the extra support?if any ones up for it maybe they could give you a little shoulder massage to help?x
