Need help picking out a middle name!

We have decided on Sophie Violet Belle if only one embryo implants, however we may end up having two transferred, thus risking twins (again!). Twin B's nickname would be "Ellie", though we're still debating against the following first names:

* Eliana (El-lee-AW-nah)
* Elizabeth
* Elowyn (EL-low-win)

One of the middle names will be definitely Mae, but not sure what the other one will be. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
