need help with colour scheme please

i really need some help with my colour scheme!

this is where the wedding breakfast will take place and as you can see its blue, i need something that wont clash with this, also they now have silver chairs, but i think iam getting chair covers anyway. its driving me mad! thanks.

hmm, with blue you could have any variation of it (ie, dark blue, purple, lilac etc), or you could keep the colours 'neutral' so that it will go with everything (ie, whites, cream, silver etc). Depending on shade, you could get away with green too in fact, sage green would probably go really well with that powder like blue!

When you look at a colour wheel, the 'complementing' colour to blue is orange/browns However, the analogic colours (ones that are either side of the chosen colour on the colour wheel) are purples and greens, so I think you are best to stick to purple or green, in whatever shade you want really xx

maybe try doing a garden theme
like nature with all the different colours that you find in a garden! that could work and would look lovely

I would keep to the blue shades including purples and dark blue with shimmering silvers and/or crisp whites.

Ive seen that photo before when I was looking at venues is it Somerford Hall? and TBH the same thought came in my mind about colours if I were to have it there!! Its on my list of possible venues, You'll have to tell us all about it lol!!!

yeh it is sommerford hall, i fell in love with it when i went to look round it! will def let you know however we arent getting married til 25th aug 2010 so got a while to wait lol

try a tiffany blue!!!! That room is GORGEOUS!!! Either try incorportating others blues or keep to creams and ivory, Good luck it looks supurb!
