Need some ideas for finger foods for my 7.5/8 month old daughter!

She has:
Toast
Grated cheese
Rusks
Pasta
Gerber Puffs
Cheerios
Roasted chicken
Meatballs (cut up)
Banana slices
Chopped peaches

I just feel like I don't know what else to give her?? Esp "snack" ideas..

There's plenty of stuff stuff you can give her - it's easy once you get the hang of it.
Why not try her on:
- steamed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, cougettes, carrots, parsnips, green beans etc);
- baked/boiled/mashed potato;
- humous;
- pitta bread;
- apple, dried apricot, satsumas etc;
- breadsticks;
- chopped peppers;
- rice cakes;
- plain natural yoghurt.

Have you heard of baby-led weaning? There shoudl be a thread on here about it I would think. I did it with my daughter from 6 months and it's wonderful. Basically you just start giving them finger foods like the above from 6 months, rather than pureeing stuff. Very easy and they're quickly eating very similar stuff to mummy and daddy.
I can thoroughly recommend it!
Hope this helps

i give ern fingers of mango, pineapple and fans of watermelon-i get them ready prepared from asda(walmart over there) but i guess you could make your own if you cant buy them pre prepared!!

I wish I could get watermelon- not the season for it anymore or that'd be perfect! She has steamed broccoli I forgot to mention. lol... she likes tzatki (sp) so I'm sure she will love hummous, just got to get some!!
