Need more answers ladies :-)

I posted a while back about my doctor not being sure if I was going to make it to full term but so far I have made it to 29+3 Makes me happy! Anyways I went for my neonatal appointment today and she checked my cervix and said it was still closed BUT the baby is so low that she could actually feel where her head is ... nothing else after that! She just said to watch for my waters and keep an eye on contractions. If you can feel the baby's head, ummm doesn't that mean that she is quite low??

i would say baby is quite low if they can feel the head down there did they not say if she was engaged?
