Need some help, Medical problem and struggling with diet...

As title says, I really need your help ladies.

I have Gallstones and am on a regime of a strict low fat diet.

I have been living off Jacket potatoes and soup for a month now .
But iam getting a little fed up and need some recipe meal inspiration ideas ??.

Iam having my gall stones out Mid may sometime.

The rules by my Dr are simple , Non fried , Low fat foods.

Any ideas ladies ??? .
