Need thread ownership changed please...

With great regret, I'd like to hand over a thread in PAL to someone else. We've agreed within the thread who the new owner will be.

I am the current owner, and we'd like to make aussiettc the new owner. I can have her post in here agreeing to take it if she needs to.

The thread is only a few days old, with only one post from 'aussiettc' in it. TBH it is probably better for this thread to be closed and if aussiettc wants to make a new one, she can do. That way she can put her own stamp on it.

We only really change ownership of long standing/active threads.
