FOB brought Maria back this afternoon and our new custody agreement states that he has to return the clothes that I send with her when she goes for her visits but all he returned was one pair of trousers and one shirt. He claimed he couldn't remember which clothes I sent even though I took pictures of them and emailed the pictures to him.
And even worse, he's been feeding her cheese and chocolate even though she's allergic to dairy products (he claims I told him she's not allergic anymore) and her face has reacted badly, it looks horrible and is so sore :(
You can't see it very well from this picture but the skin is all cracked and scabby around her lips (she was crying and saying ow when I tried to put cream on it :( ) and the cheeks are all red with eczema

What the hell?!?! The clothes he has NO excuse for - I'd be complaining to the mediator/whoever sorts it out for you now Honey. And poor child, I hope she's feeling okay! Are you able to take her to the doctors tomorrow?

Im sorry but your ex winds me up so much! Argh. Poor maria. x

Don't have a mediator anymore, case is closed until 2015. I told him that I'm not going to send anymore clothes until the other ones are returned.
I could take her to the nurse but she won't be able to do anything, I just have to keep putting cream on til it heals :(

How careless to give her food she is allergic to?!!? I seriously wonder about the mentality of some FOB's sometimes. They have their head up their arses. Poor baby, hope she is feeling better. xx

She's still asleep so can't tell how her face is yet but hopefully its a bit better

Not much better but a little bit at least

This just sounds like careless, lazy parenting. The clothes is one thing, but causing her pain is something else entirely. Hope she gets better soon

wow, the guy is a d*ck, you should totally report this to whoever is managing your custody agreement...very irresponsible parenting on his part.

We don't have anyone managing the agreement anymore, all I can do is report him to the child welfare officers but all they would do is remind him to stick to her diet.

wow...i would be so mad....what if she had a worse allergic reaction then that...omg!!
that was soo irresponsible of him....
over here that would be child abuse as allergies can really be dangerous..
i would report it.....poor LO

Just keep reporting every little thing even if it seems pointless because at least then there will a record of his carelessness and proof [if you ever need it] that the faults are all his if he tries to blame you etc etc.

Already have a huge CPS file of reports, don't really want to start reporting again as I'm tired of dealing with them, every time I report him he makes a report against me

can you go down to cps and ask to talk to a superviser of some sort?

I don't think there's a supervisor as such at my local office, its just a little office with three child welfare workers.

can you go there and ask for there supervisors name and number...as sometimes they are better and more helpful....one of my friends went through similar and found most regular cps workers knew nothing from nothing and things helped more if she delt directly with a supervisor not someone who just throws there power around which seem what most regular workers do...
feel for you, would never want to have to deal with any or that....your in my thoughts hun

I guess I could but don't see what good it will do. There's only one worker in the whole area (wider area) that speaks English (at least far as I know, he's the one that always has to call me if I need someone to speak English) and he's a complete idiot so I don't want to talk to him again. Maybe there will be better CPS workers in my new town when I move.

I'm just gonna let it go I think, all anyone can do is just talk to him and remind him how important it is to stick to her diet, they can't do anything else and I already talked to him.
