I would be grateful if people would share the snacks/meals they usually eat both before and after working out please. Am so stuck in a rut with banana and peanut butter on wholegrain...

Hey girl, here is some meals I prepare.

Before workout:

Meal Type #1 - half cup of steamed broccoli, 150g of white or brown rice, 4oz grilled chicken breast with 1 tbsp of low-fat bbq sauce.

Meal Type #2 - Baked potato, 1cup of celery sticks with low-fat ranch

Post workout:

Meal Type #1 - Smoothie - 3 strawberries, half cup of blueberries, 1 banana and some icecubes in a blender

Meal Type #2 - Salad - 1 slice of cheese, 4oz chicken breast sliced and diced sprinkle some olive oil on top
