Neocate Active

Hi my lg is 13 months and has a dairy allergy and reflux etc. Shes on Neocate LCP but ive been given some sachets of Neocate active to try. They come in sachets and you add the sachet to 250mls of water which makes 300mls/10oz. 10oz is way to much at a time! she only ever drinks 4-5oz at a time. So my questions are:
Can i store it in the fridge and use what i want when i need it?
How shall i give her a feed when im out?
Im going on holiday in 2 weeks so how shall i go about giving milk on the plane etc?
