New and Looking for Advice

Hello all. I am new to this site and am looking for some advice. I am going through my first miscarriage after having two healthy pregnancies resulting in my 2 daughters. I started spotting brown on Sunday then had full bleeding start on Monday. I would have been 6w4d according to lmp. I had an u/s Tuesday that showed a very tiny, empty sac. My hcg levels taken that day were only 274. I am still bleeding, somewhat heavier than a normal period. My doctor really didn't give me any info on what to expect with a miscarriage like how long I may bleed or how long it may take my levels will reach 0. This is all new to me and my doctors office has not been very helpful. I do go back weekly starting Tuesday to monitor my levels and then in 2 weeks I have a follow up with thankfully one of the other doctors. Also, because the pregnancy was lost so early, we want to start TTC again, right away, but I don't know when I can expect to ovulate. Anyone with any advice or who has been through a miscarriage similar to mine and could share their story would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

First of all big hugs so sorry for what you are going through, with my 1st mc i bled for around a month l was told everyone different but you may typically bleed for 4-6wks. Also l was asked not to ttc until at least one period had passed they said we could try beforehand if wanted but just for infection and also if you got preggers inbetween these times its very confusing dates wise to calculate when you concieved. My periods came back a little over 4 weeks from when bleeding stopped. Im so sorry your medical team are not the best are there no other doctors in your centre you could speak too? Not sure if this helps, but I was almost 11 weeks along and my HCG was 21,000 on the day I miscarried...I took a pregnancy test about 2 weeks after and the line was very very light..I'm sure it must be negative by now.
