new and need help

I'm new to forums so bear with me. I was.on the depo shot from may 2008 to Jan 2014. On april 1 I got a tiny bit of blood when wiping. But that was it. No other signs of an impending period. I'm not sure if I've even ovulated because I've yet to receive a period since stopping depo. I've tested twice though, bfn each.time. I feel pregnant but I'm not sure what's going on. Was the blood implantation ( I've heard u can ovulate without periods) or is it my body trying to get back into routine. Any advice would be great.
