Hi guys,
I've just signed up and thought I'd introduce myself.
I'm almost 32. I've been married for 5 years. My husband is the same age. We've decided to start trying in March.
I've done all my blood tests and I'm taking folic acid etc. Apparently I may have an underactive thyroid that could interfere with fertility so I have an appointment with an endochrynologist in a few days. I hope it won't be too bad.
I don't know if either of us have any other problems - I truly hope not. I'm a bit nervous about having left it until now and wonder if I should have tried earlier but the timing wasn't right and that's the choice we made.
I wasn't always sure if I wanted kids either so it's probably best that we waited till now - when I am sure.
Oh - and I also have a history with blood clots so if I do get pregnant it will be a high risk pregnancy.
I've just bought a basal thermostat and I'm going to start charting tomorrow. Looking forward to it!
