Hello, everyone,
I am new here to the forums from a posting standpoint, but I have lurked around here in the past especially with my last pregnancy I wish I could say things were going as well as that pregnancy, but they're not. I decided to join as a place for support and to talk with others after two back-to-back losses, one of which I am going through now. The first was an early miscarriage that my body miscarried naturally. This second one is possibly ectopic and I'm so worried. My levels are abysmally low (haven't even hit 50) so they are just watching me at this point and if my levels haven't dropped enough tomorrow (my body did start miscarrying naturally, but levels are crawling--only dropped 6 points over the weekend), they are going to give me MTX. I really don't want the shot and the idea of getting it upsets me, but I know I should be thankful they are catching it early enough to [most likely] save the tube if it is truly ectopic (nothing can be seen on ultrasound).
Anyway, sorry to be a downer. I also have a 4 year old little guy and my pregnancy with him was pretty easy and straightforward except for gestational diabetes. I have PCOS, which was diagnosed almost 10 years ago. I was off my medication for awhile and my endocrinologist recently put me back on everything. I have my masters in psychology and I work as a therapist. I think that pretty much covers me. How is everyone here?
