Its already known that weightloss in PCOS sufferers can help reduce symptoms and therefore help with fertility.
 
It isn't really about weight loss. It is actual diet... the things we eat that may help increase our fertility (or decrease it).

For instance, it has been shown by this study that easily digested carbohydrates can monkey with insulin and blood sugar levels which throws off fertility hormones which throws off ovulation.

Just thought some might need some clarification.
 
My wife is really sensitive to carbs, as soon as she has a low carb diet, then bang - she comes on.
