Good morning ladies,

I'm new to BnB and was just wanting to say hello and ask a couple questions. I have PCOS with low progesterone, high testosterone, normal ovarian functions, and seem to be mostly anovulatory. I have heard of Soy Isoflavones but hear different things about them for women with PCOS.

I would really love to hear any advice, experiences, or "don't do it"s that you ladies have to offer. Thanks in advance. XX

I don't have any experience with them, but I know that there is a group in the TTC Groups section. I'm sure they would have some information for you.

Hey hun there have been a few threads on this recently so I will leave a link to a recent one. I gave a few links to this OP and you may want to read them as well as do some additional research on your own. In the case of pcos and low progesterone in specific I am to understand soy is a no no. It mimics estrogen which is the last thing you need. A supplement that regulates your hormones may be a better route like agnus castus (several fertility supplements with this) or maca and raspberry leaf tea.

Hi, welcome to bnb :) ... I just wanted to stop by and say hi, I am trying soy iso for the first time this month, I don't have pcos, just issues ovulation regularly... Soy iso can work people with pcos I just don't know too many details on who should & shouldn't use... I would say to do some more research before trying OR ruling it out , best of luck !!
