New to all of this ttc a girl

Hello

My name is Kelley and my husband is Jason. We have three boys and are tcc a girl. Any advice from anyone would be very much appreciated. We opk's until monday, but only got negatives. Should ov today so we bd'd until Sunday per charts, books, calendars, etc (we were told no bd three days before ov and three days after) Not sure we are doing this right!!

Thank you all for the welcomes!! We bought a book called "How to choose the sex of your baby" and in that book it mentions the whole timing thing. Have you heard differently? Any advice is greatly appreciated

I'm no expert on it but i did hear that the closer to ovulation u bd the higher ur chance of having a boy, i'm not sure how true that is though, but what you're saying about avoiding the time around ovulation would make sense if you want a girl, if my ramblings make any sense lol
