New to all this

Hey everyone! Im new here and thought I would introduce myself. My DH and I have been "not preventing" for several years with no success. Several months ago we decided to "try" and discovered that I had a uterine polyp (removed in Oct). My current plan is to start my first dose of Ferema tonight (CD5-9) and ultrasound on day 10 following with trigger and IUI as my husband is 47 years old with low motility. Im 31 and feeling nervous! Any success stories/support or just chatting will be appreciated!

MY fingers are crossed for you. I have no experience on femera, am currently taking clomid. I hope we both get our BFP this cycle.

How is clomid working for you? Any side effects?

I have had a few waves of sickness only lasting a couple seconds and few times a day but that's it...barely noticeable! I lucked out I'd say. I was so nervous because of all the threads I have read on women getting a lot of awful side effects. I usually do well on new medications, don't usually get side effects!

how are you doing on femera. I know im getting ahead of myself, but if clomid doesn't work then I would like to try that. You having side effects?

Well I've only had one dose so far- I didn't sleep well at all but that's not to unusual for me- guess I will see how tonight goes- other then that nothing so far

I'm also on clomid... only a few hot flushes. Not to bad at all. Good luck!

Ferama is completed- a few hot flashes and felt kinda tired- nothing I couldn't manage!

that's good to hear, glad you didn't get major side effects! When are you expected to ovulate? keep me posted and lots of

Took my trigger shot on Sunday and just completed my first iui- now the 2ww

Hey, I have almost the exact same story! Started trying in may 2013, discovered a polyp in august, then removed. Since then haven't had any luck ovulating, so we're starting femara cd 3-7 this next cycle. Just waiting for AF to start the next cycle. Please keep us updated, I hope you get your BFP this cycle! It would give me a lot of extra hope too lol!! Good Luck!!!
