So i am really new to the bbt charting thing i have only been charting for going on two weeks here's my question. According to ff my chart shows me ovulating on the 19th and i had creamy cm not much of it 2-3dpo but since 4dpo i have noticed this watery creamy mix. I mean its more water than cream for lack of better words. This morning there was literally a wet spot on the bed and it felt like i had peed myself. Im not expecting to have gotten pg this cycle but just noticed how much of an increase in cm i have been having. I should see af in about 6 days and i even more excited for her than normal so that i will be able to track my cycles from the beginning. I guess im wondering if maybe i charted something wrong or if it was interpeted wrong by ff since after the day that ovulation showed on my chart i have been having wierd stuff going on. I have been cramping for the last couple days and noticed i had some spotting on cd6 only in the morning and only when i wiped nothing in my panties. Also my nipples and the area around them are very tender to the touch. I cant tell whether thats normal signs of pms or if im actually ovulating later than the chart says. Anyone have any advice or clue as to what is going on with me???

Hm. I sometimes have watery discharge around O/randomly. It is hard to say what is going on without the whole picture. I'm surprised ff even put crosshairs. I would get a second opinion, but it just seems odd to me that you would rise and drop back down then stay down. You should have stayed around 97.7. To drop and stay at 97.2... I noticed your first temp is an open circle then you stopped temping. What was happening? I honestly am not an expert, but I feel like you haven't actually ovulated. I'm going to switch to my phone to show you how clear it should be

I attached three charts and my current one is in my sig, but I had a heat wave and sleep deprivation pre-O so the shift isn't as easy to see. Sorry they aren't full charts. I don't bother temping early in my cycle since I know I never O that early. I also know my pre-O range is between 97.2-97.7 and post O is a slow rise up to the 98.4ish range. I had a dip this cycle, but can't comment on it. Hoping the temp goes up tomorrow.

October 2013: Was my first time ever charting. I used a regular thermometer (so it only reads to the tenth) which is why the angles are so sharp. But even though it fluctuates post O by .2 degrees, it never drops down more than that until AF comes. Although, I may have had a chemical that month looking back at it.

April 2015: I discarded one temp as you see from sleep deprivation. But again, I have my rise and then it stays up in the range until my body gets ready for af.

Mary 2015: Same thing.

Don't know if any of this was helpful

I was wondering about the temp dropping so soon as well I even used the ff chart comparisons I did find a few women who had temp dips after ovulation and even one whose dipped down and then shot back up at 9dpo with a bro at like day 12 or something. I'm not exactly sure what's going on with my chart its so all over the place. I figured that if I really did ovulate when it said I did I'd know if my period actually comes next Friday which would be 14 days later. Your information was. A great help though. I'm hoping that it's right so I can just start over freshly from cd 1 now that I'm actually remembering to do it everyday. The open dot on the first couple days was because I did those temps later than all the rest and I did forget to temp the day of the dashed line. But was consistent with time and temping everyday after those two. I hope I did ovulate but I guess I'll know in a week or so

I think it is in the tww forum, but there is a thread for women who have erratic charts. I would post it there. Someone might have a better idea of what is happening or be more likely to comment. I'm stumped. I hope you Oed, too!

Glad you found it! I hope you get the answers you are looking for. Once you have a couple charts under your belt, you will notice what is normal for you. :)

yeah i just hope that the cycles start to shorten up after a while.
