Hi ladies

This might be confusing, I'm confused, bear with me, lol.

This is my first month TTC and first time using an OPK. CD16 (wed 29th) I had sore boobs, so CD17 (thurs 30th) I took an OPK, got the smiley face, as well as cramping. Does this mean I likely O'd on CD17 (thurs)? I'm just trying to work out my DPO and am so confused by the conflicting info online.

Hey!
Everyone is different. Some women ovulate day of the positive OPK and some up to 48 hours after. You should keep BDing until OPK goes negative. Then do the day after for good measure. Hope this helps😊

Probably the following day x

Probably the following day but it's hard to say since that was your first test. But there's really no reason to keep testing as you know your having an LH surge by the first positive and most ovulate within 12-72 hours after the first positive. Not knowing when you would have first gotten the positive I would :sex: for the next 4 days, personally lol
