New to OPKs

Hello girls! SO I haven't used opk yet I'm thinking of getting some soon. Is it best to use them in the morning like when ur taking a preg test or at anytime? Any other advice on the best way to use them?

Afternoon/ evening urine is best unless you're using a CBFM. They as to stop or decrease fluid intake and hold urine for 4 hrs if possible. I rarely do, but instead look at the color/ concentration to make sure it is concentrated enough for accurate results. Testing 2x a day ( or more) is best to make sure you don't miss your surge.
