New to this section, following the Unit Diet *waves*

I've just noticed a diet section on here (I'm not very observant ) so thought I'd start posting here too! I had my little girl 5 weeks ago and have restarted the unit diet to try to shift some weight.

I'm going to keep a journal, so if anyone fancies joining me just tag along I'd love the company xxx

it's a diet I followed a few years ago, kind of like a cross between weight watchers and slimming world. Still got my books so decided to give it another try. I always lose well to start with, the hard part for me is staying motivated x
