New Year's Resolutions ...

I don't know why I'm bothering as I never stick to them, but I just thought I'd put my resolutions on this forum and then there's no getting away with not doing them. I also wondered what everyone's New Year's Resolutions were going to be ...

Mine are:

1 Eat more healthily - more at lunchtime and less at teatime ...
2 Walk the dog before tea and after tea ...
3 Take a packed lunch to work instead of buying horrible tesco soggy sandwiches - also stops me buying stupid celeb magazines as well ...
4 Find a new job with a company that is grateful for my talents ... (yeah right)
5 Stop biting my nails ...
6 Redecorate the whole house - except the room that will become the nursery - will leave that until we achieve number 7!!!
7 Get pregnant!!!!

Mine are....

1. Buy more crappy celeb mags
2. Buy soggy Tesco sandwiches but no crips...
3. Lose 3st to get a baby (sounds like i'm stealing it!!)
4. update my wardrobe with my new 'thin' clothes
5. have a holiday
6. buy more clothes and maybe some shoes.... hmmmmm
7. have another holiday to show off said clothes and shoes
8. Have more sex by investing in Ann Summers pervy gear
9. GET PREGNANT

left getting pregnant till last so it'll be a surprise if it appears somewhere between soggy tesco sandwiches and kinky ann summers gear :rofl:

-no alcohol
-no caffeine
-read the fertility diet book inside out
-decorate my house throughout
-clean my car once a month instead of once every 2 years
-stop thinking about everyone else all the time

I think we are 2 peas in a pod - i also have 3st to shift but have read the fertility diet book..... i think the chocolate i had to consume to make it more interesting didn't help though :rofl:
 
- loose weight (a stone)
- stop smoking socially
- stop drinking for a while (detox)
- exercise more
- GET PREGNANT

1. Lose the 7kgs I gained during IVF :shock: mainly by following the CSIRO plan because it is extremely healthy with next to no processed food, though I will be cutting out 95% of wheat from the meal plans.

2. Stop smoking socially

3. Get extensions done on our house - verandah, a new laundry and 1 extra bedroom

4. Work more with my horses in-between cycles (though hopefully i'll get pg in Feb and won't be able to do anything until the following year :D)

5. Above all...GET PREGNANT AND HAVE A SAFE PREGNANCY AND A HAPPY & HEALTHY BABY!

6. To embrace morning sickness, stretch marks and all the other pregnancy related things that most people constantly complain about ;)

My resolution is to either have a flat tummy or a big round one, option number 2 is more preferable
 
Mine:

1. Lose 4 st
2. Finish decorating new house
3. start childminding application
4. Get more sex!!
5. GET PREGNANT!!!

My resolutions (which Im making up as I type) are:

~ walk my pup everyday (poor love only gets exercise when I get off my arse after eating too much chocolate) :blush:

~ get a permenant 9-5 job (on a contract, with shift work, yuck) :dohh:

~ give up on the hope of an immaculate conception and have a LOT more sex :dohh:

I'm sure I'll think of a few more in the next few days

Mine are

* have more sex with DH ( lol not that I have it with anyone else! :rofl:)

* stop symptom spotting ahh

* walk more... well actually start walking!

* lose a few stone

* actually get pregnant, pretending your neices are yours and not correcting strangers is not the same thing!

Mine are:

*lose weight (30lbs)

*Be more organized

*walk more and do sit ups/leg lifts

*cut out sugar and switch to fat-free milk in tea (instead of cream)

*GET PREGNANT!!!
 
1) Keep up the wheat free/alcohol free/dairy free/ caffeine free diet!

2) Finish decorating the house

3) Try to chill out a bit about housework - I need to remember I'll never be on my deathbed wishing I'd done a bit more cleaning over the years!!

4) Put back on the the half a stone I've lost since starting the diet mentioned in number 1. (Yes I know everyone else is trying to lose it but I seem to have the opposite problem and I think maybe thats contributed to the stupid long cycle I'm currently on.)

5) Get pregnant!!

Number 5 is not optional!!

1) Lose my podgey stomach.
2) Finish all those half-produced songs on my Mac.
3) Go home to England.

Loving that one!

Mine are:

1. To cook more from scratch and stop relying on frozen food and jars
2. Exercise more
3. Enjoy my life more and stop obsessing about getting pregnant
4. Be more patient and stop being so hotheaded (its the red hair!!)
5. Sort out the cupboard upstairs so everything doesn't all fall out every time you open the door (there has to be at least one easily achievable goal!)
6. Get pregnant
 
Oh New Years Resolutions .......

1) Exercise more ... start running again ... 5k race for life in the spring?
2) Enjoy my reduced hours
3) Not stress about *2)* = reduced wages
4) Start going back up to the yard and riding again ... catch up with my mates
5) As 4) but NOT hankering after a new horse! I will wait till we are in NZ
6) Finish my Equine Land Management Diploma
7) Get pregnant

8) Nag DF to exercise more too
