Newbie - advice please

Hi everyone

We have just started ntnp (took last cerazette pill on Sunday and was on it for abt 2yrs).

We were going to wait about another 6 months until after wedding and moving house but was on last packet of pills and we decided not to ask for anymore and just see what happens!

I'm in France at the mo and not keen on involving French docs in this unless I have to (had bad experience with them just after moving here) so I need some advice please.

I'm about to start taking folic acid (once I find it here!) and am thinking of taking thistle milk to try and get rid of pill effects asap. Do you recommend anything else I should be doing at this stage?

Hi, welcome to BnB!

My advice would be to just relax and enjoy it! Don't get too caught up or it becomes stressful, and you're right at the beginning of the journey so plenty of time for that! You might find that your cycle takes some months til it re-regulates so don't worry too much about that, just let it happen for now.
