newbie struggling :(

hey guys
my names nicole
im 18, 14 weeks today for me.
ive got the most supportive boyfriend you could imagine and were both really really excited.
im not coping well at all atm
ive got a skin condition called psoriasis and its flared up a treat since ive been pregnant and it gets me down most days.
ive had morning sickness really quite bad and its not easing at all.
in the last few weeks ive developed itchy hands and occasionaly feet, and its keeping me up at night, and ive taken all the skin off my hands and i keep making them bleed.
im not enjoying this at all and im so down atm
and to top it all off, ive now started shouting at the boyfriend and not talking to him over really petty things. he lives 80 miles away and its fine when hes here but when hes not i feel worse and start taking it out on him.
i just feel like giving everything up atm
please say im not alone and this is kind of normal

Hey Nicole! First off Congrats on your pregnancy. My name is Tina, 17 and I am 32 weeks pregnant as of today with a little girl named Jayden Elizabeth.

I can't relate with the skin condition, but I have had itchy feet that got really annoying, but never to the point of bleeding. I usually just put some lotion on them. Morning sickness should start going away soon, hopefully it gets better. Trust me when it comes to yelling at your boyfriend it is all hormones! It happens to me all the time! He understands it is my hormones so he doesn't get mad, but I always make sure to apoligize. You are not alone and it is normal. This website is a great place to be! Everyone here is great and very helpful!

i dont want to blame the hormones, but its probably a good reason why im so snappy.

me and the bf are really into our cars, and the lads i talk to alot on there have been pretty nasty about the whole situation and making it worse, and i dont really have many girlies who want to listen to my pre-mummy talk either

sorry to hear you're having such a rubbish time
you should definitely talk to your doctor or midwife about the itching, they'll hopefully be able to give you something to help.
and yelling at your OH is definitely down to hormones! my OH just had to get used to it x

Trust me this website is amazing! I never have anyone to talk to about anything except my OH(otherhalf/boyfriend) and he is always working so I am always on here. The girls are AMAZING to talk to about anything! You might not want to blame the hormones, but thats what it is lol. Try to explain to your OH about it because it can get worse. In the begining of my pregnancy my OH was not as understanding, but now that I am further a long and showing he is much better.

Hey hun, congrats on your pregnancy! I can totally sympathise with the skin thing, my Mum has psoriasis and I know there have been times when she's had it so bad and just cried and cried but try not to get stressed out over it cos they stress is the main irritant of it hey? I know there's no magical cure but my Mum always uses natural creams and stuff and just makes sure to pamper her skin and hers has really cleared up the last couple of years
Hope it gets better for you and it might calm down once your hormones start to settle down (which should be soon!) xxx

cus i ignored him all day cus i was angry
hes turned his phone off and he lives 80 miles away so i cant even go and see him
hes the only person i have
and im such a mess right now i dunno wht to do
i cant believe hes left me when ive been such a mess all day
