Newbie to baby bump TTC. 8dpo with a sore throat since 6-7dpo

Hey there. I'm literally driving myself insane wondering why I randomly got a sore throat at 6-7 dpo and I'm now 8dpo and it's worse now. No fever. Just sore throat. Does anyone know if this is normal? I don't want to get my hopes up after reading thread after thread about a mysterious sore throat lol. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Hope this is my BFP!!
