Hi all, I have never used an ovulation test before. Hubby and I had an oops Monday evening so for the heck of it I got a test and did it and it was very positive. I took another today and the line was fainter than yesterday, does that mean I ovulated sometime between yesterday evening and this morning? Which would mean that chances of pregnancy are high.

Hey! Typically, you ovulate within 24-48 hours after your first positive and 8-12 hours after your peak positive. So if I had to guess with no bbt then yes you ovulated either Monday or Tuesday. With given egg life span and spark life span, it’s definitely a possibility of conception.

I don’t know what your thoughts are, but just FYI plan b is much less effective after ovulation. It does still affect implantation chances, but I got pregnant when I took plan b after ovulation after having sex the night of O.
