Hello our LO is 3 weeks and I switched to sma formula on tuesday from breast feeding. She has been vomiting quite abit and we havent got into a steady pattern yet as shes still getting used to it. Shes not vomiting after every feed but when she does its quite projectile and quite alot i know its not normal if its projectile but i dont know it its because her tummy is getting used to the change in diet. Has anyone else had experience with this?
