Newly visible veins on breast?

Ive never had them before, just noticed them today, i was inspecting because of intense breast tenderness and my nipples have been killing me today. Is it a symptom shared by pms and pregnancy? Or just pregnancy?

I get veins on the boobs during pms. The first time I saw them I got so excited as my boobs were extremely tender. They were more prominent in the heat but as arrived a few days later. I think skin colour plays a big part too. I’m very pale.
