Sounds like the stuff's out of stock and they've dibsed it for you when it comes back in (like the blooming maternity jeans I'm DESPERATE for!)

They have just reserved it for you so you SHOULD get it by the 31st Dec as that is the most recent update? If it doesn't come today i would get in touch with them and ask when you will be getting it. It happened with E's slippers which were out of stock so they reserved them for me and said delivery by 28th Dec, they came on 24th x

ETA: Just read it again, is it the joggers that are reserved and the jeans have a delay? or are the jeans reserved lol xx

Just call them - these messages are a load of Tosh. I got a text & an email once to say my order hadn't been dispatched and they would let me know when the items were ready. I phoned them up & they apologised and refunded my delivery charge. 10 minutes later, my doorbell rang & there was my delivery!
