I am trying to get blood test results I had done in hospital how are you meant to get them? I have phoned GP and Hospital Dr but the receptionists are all saying to phone GP, but GP says phone hospital, which is correct? its been 3 weeks, and I am starting to get really ratty about the long wait and knowing nothing!

My results I've always got from the GP - if they were done through referral from your GP they go straight there if they were done through the hospital as an outpatient or inpatient they send the details on to your GP about the care you recieved and any results though I found our hospital was quite slow in passing them on x

Whenever I've had blood taken at the GPs or the hospital I alwasy get the results from the nurse at my GPs.
