Sometimes I worry that perhaps i'm the one who is in the wrong in regards to my ex

Everynow & then I get a stab of guilt & think perhaps i'm a total bitch & it's no wonder he pissed off

But tonight I was chatting to a mutual friend of ours (& in general most of our friends have kept out of this ) & it was so nice to here her confirming that yes my ex is really a knob

She was saying he's got a real bad attitude, always out, always drunk & smoking heavily.

Random crappy post but little things like this mean alot to me :)

I really have been starting to think it's all in my head

Don't know what's got into me!!!

Craziness!!

After a relationship has been broken off for awhile, one tends to think of the good times and the bad memories kind of get pushed off to the side. It's at that point where you start to wonder if you contributed to the bad portions of the relationship....the point where the blame starts to go more towards you.

It's normal to feel this way. At the same time, I think our brains start to weed out all the crap that we've been through in order to forge ahead in life.

I've been there, honestly.

:hugs:

Lee-anne you always know what to say to make me smile!!

You're an angel!!

 hun, I'm in that stage right now where I'm thinking was it all me. I think Leeannes right, after a while we do tend to re-look over things and they the self judgement comes in. From what you've said in other threads babe, I don't think it was you. and I'm glad that someone helped to reassure you. Big
