Was just wondering if anyone has a nickname for BF???? A friend calls it momo which i thought was cute and i've been thinkin of what i will call it when Alfie gets older.

Ok it probably sounds bad haha but I would ask Hayden if he wanted a boob lmao. He knew what I meant and would answer, but if he was asking on his own he signed milk to me and pointed to my chest or would just tug at my shirt a bit

we just call it milk or boobie which i must stop really could get a little bit embaressing x(sp?)

mine used to call mine That That !!!and point.. but not Boobies bad experience with that word as they get older they shout for it...

We did say boobie but I'm trying not to so when she can ask for it she's not demanding BOOBIES in Sainsbury's...:dohh:

Mimi is was what my nephew called milk before he could say it properly :cloud9:

we call it mama and we have since she was born, its what they call it in turkey so i grew up hearing it with my brother lol

i figured it would be good for teaching her to say mam first instead of dad lol

x

I used to say boobie as well, but have switched over to just calling it 'milk' I would much rather hear him shout milk in public than boobies!!!

My Nan calls it titty but i call it mimi aswell as it was what Benn used to say when he wanted it. Thanks to my Nan calling it titty when we was out in Next the other day and Ellie started crying Benn shouted over her cries "MUMMY ELLIE WANTS TITTY" Lol very embarrassing!!! and as we all know just how busy it is in next when theres a sale on i left very red as you can imagine lol

I ask Savannah if she wants some milk or mummy milk.

I made my dad blush when Jasper was crying and I said offhandedly "yeah, he just wants boobie"

I forgot that 'boobie' isn't a word that everyone is comfortable hearing!

My OH referred to his own dinner as a 'feed' though! Ah, parenting ruins your vocab! Also, penis is now 'winky'... not so cute when i was referring to my OhH in bed.... somehow that kind of ruined ' the moment'

My hubby says, "she wants the nipple". Even in front of guests!

He has even started referring to me as Nip-nip! Like, instead of "where's mummy?", "where's Nip-nip?"

I just simply call it milkies.

sorry for gatecrashing ladies  i just think this thread is so cute and hilarious!

my sister in law used to call it 'ning' because when my nephew was a baby and cried for food he'd make a sound that sounded like 'ning' (it was pretty funny) ... his little brother made a sound like 'nang', so then it got called 'nang' ... even to this day their dad uses it in everyday conversation, e.g. 'look at the ning / nang on that' (hmmm!)
nowadays the boys both call nipples 'baubles' for some reason .....
