NICU crib decoration ideas?

I wanted to know if any of you ladies have christmas decoration ideas for my baby's crib in the NICU. I have everything planned for the NICU staff but no ideas for her!

While its not Christmas decorations- here is a link to some cards a friend gave us when my son was in the NICU for 3 months. Apparently looking at high contrast like this is a good developmental activity for babies
