My 4 year old seems to have become scared of the dark. Every night he asks me to sleep in his bed with him. He has a gro clock which gives off a little bit of light, and we have the light on in the hallway outside his room. The bedroom door used to be left open just a little so he could find his way to the toilet in the night, but now he's asking for it wide open. I'm thinking a night light might help, maybe one of the cuddly toy type ones, but don't want anything that eats through batteries. Any recommendations?

We have this, and it gives out a nice amount of light at night. There are loads on Amazon if you have a look, they have the cuddly type ones as well.

Belle has one of these

Just has to be put back onto the charger each morning, but they can take them to bed and they're not hot or anything. No batteries needed!

Owen has the one from argos you plug in and it comes on at dusk automatically and goes off in daylight.

I was thinking about a Luminated Globe. Doubling as an educational tool.

Cloud B has some awesome nighlights. We have the ladybug that projects all the constellations onto her walls and ceiling.
