Nipple too small for Medela breast shield?

Hi there, I'd like try out my Medela manual pump this weekend but it seems that the smallest breast shield is even too big for my nipples. Breastfeeding is going well for me so I don't want to screw it up by using the wrong size breast shield that may cause problems. I feel like their breast shields are HUGE!! I thought my nipples are pretty average size, not crazy small.

Anyone experience the same thing? Any advice?
