No bra since baby was 5 weeks YAY

That's almost 4 weeks with no bra or pads

I learnt to recognise the feeling just before my milk comes in and put my hands over my nipples and hold.

Just wanted to share that it can be done for bra haters out there like me.

I used to do that, then I got two clogged ducts! I quit trying to hold it in after that, no more clogged ducts, probably not related but I don't try and stop it now!

I am a bra hater, too! I still haven't decided if it's worth it to buy a nursing bra... I despise them!

I'm a bra hater, but nothing seems to stop the leaking, so unfortunately need the pads/bras, especially at night, soak through... I expressed after breakfast and that seems to be the only thing that helps.
