No follicles then ovulation 3 days later?

Hello,

I'm on my second round of clomid this month. 50mg first month, no ovulation. 100mg this month and I had a follicle tracking scan on day 11 and day 15 and there were no follicles. I had a 3cm cyst though. 2nd one my lining was thicker than the first scan.

My chart now thinks I ovulated on day 18! I did have localised ovary cramping which I've never felt before and my temps have been high since.

Is this even possible though? No follicles to ovulation in 3 days?!

You can get a lh surge and all that goes on with it, without ovulation, I would still bring it up with your RE.see what he says

I never did an ovulation test so don't know about lh. I thought temperature rises were because of post ovulation progesterone?

I have a blood test on Monday to check progesterone levels. So anxious!
