Hey Ladies!
I started a new job in April, my mum then got diagnosed with stage 3 throat cancer resulting in daily radiotherapy & weekly chemo at a hospital 45mins away so I felt it best to leave my job or I'd be no good to anyone! I have since took over the care of my disabled sister.
When I left my job a month ago, right away I claimed for jsa and carers allowance, then got told when I get CA I can go on to income support instead. I'm still yet to receive anything! My partner signed on Wednesday but no money today. I'm waiting to call them at 9am, we're currently living off child tax credits of £60 a week!
