No news on SMP yet

My maternity leave starts on Nov 11th and LO is due Nov 15th but I'm yet to hear anything regarding my dates or pay I've finished work now as I had holidays stored up to use my manager said I'd hear from them soon but I dunno when :/

Can you phone or email your manager or HR to get clarification it has been sorted/there isn't a letter sat for you in the post tray?

My manager said it had been sorted shed heard back and I should be hearing from them any day now that was 2 weeks ago and still nothing :/ I'm popping into work on Saturday anyway so ill speak to someone then just be nice to know what's

I got my notification via work email but suppose it depends on the company. If your manager doesn't have the answer/paperwork can you ask for the gr contact details to chase yourself?
