No ovulation with Clomid and injections.

Hello Ladies,

I have been ttc for 4 years now. I will be 41 next June. I have had 2 iui and 2 ivf procedures.

I had a mc last Sept which turned out to be a partial molar pregnancy.

Now after six months we began ttc again.

My doc gave me Clomid and FSH injections. When she did an ultrasound after the last injection she said there is no ovulation at all!!

I ovulate naturally, even with just Clomid, my ultrasound always showed I had several follicles.

We have unexplained infertility. I was ok with that as long as there were no physical problems either with me or my husband. But no ovulation at all?

Is this possible?

I know this post was in April so I hope you see this. Clomid didn't work for me either. I only did 2 months but I gained a whole bunch of weight and so they took me off to lose it. Now I am on femara (or letrozole). I didn't O the first month but I did this second month. I would ask the doc about this drug. It has a documented higher success rate of inducing ovulation.
