Hi, I ebf my daughter who is now four months. She is on the 4th day of no solid nappy and is beginning to be very uncomfy straining and pushing her little belly out. It feels a lot harder than normal too. I have tried massaging her belly and cycling her legs but had no luck. Does anyone else have some miracle cure to help her poo? Is it unusual for 4 days of none or is this quite acceptable for breastfed babies? I have heard about other babies going a day or two but never four so am now beginning to panic.

Thanks x

Nothing to worry about Hun.

They can go up to two weeks.

As long as when she does go it's soft then everything is normal. X

Thanks for your reply! Phew last night was difficult with her straining then this morning a finally had an explosion! Iv never been so glad to see a dirty nappy! Lol xx

Haha oh yes.

When it finally comes it really does come!

When dd doesn't do one for a few days I always start hoping we're going to be home when she decides it's time!! In the car seat is the worst. :(
