no visible baby in uterus but rising hgc levels

scared its ectopic i went in 11/23 with a blood level of 800 nothing visible in ultrasound and went back 11/25 levels at 1729 still nothing visible. im terrified its ectopic dr is telling me they should see something by 1000-1500 whats going on??? HELP me

Maybe your dates are a bit off, did they do a vaginal ultrasound or abdominal? x

I had a blighted ovum in Aug of 2011 and my levels continued to rise, despite there being no visable baby. The day of my ultrasound my levels were of 20,000. Were they able to see a gestational sac? If they can see a sac in your uterus then the risk of ectopic goes down considerably.
